50MM ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE

50mm Aluminium composite partitioning is the most common partition used in office refurbishment. The system is versatile in its height and elevation, solid panels are constructed from honeycomb plasterboard and is finished in a wall vinyl, and any style of glazing is available, in single or double glazed options, half glazed or fully glazed as shown above, we can even incorporate your company logo onto the glass.
25mm venetian blinds are compatible with this system, either off set with single glazing or tilt controlled integral with the double glazed option.
Rounded corner posts and door frames add to an improved look and all visible aluminium components can be powder coated to any BS or RAL number to match your companies corporate image.
Various door veneers including standard sapele, ash and oak, hung in a wrap around aluminium door frame, vision panels are optional and can be slot, square or round if required. Door furniture can also vary to include round aluminium, or even coloured plastic door handles, digital locks or thumb turns can also be fitted.

Plasterboard & Metal Stud

The advantage of this partitioning system is its versatility to meet fire regulations, up to two hour fire resistance is easily achievable and different sized studs are used dependent upon the required height. Nominal metal stud widths are 50mm, 70mm and 146mm jumbo studs, which will achieve heights in excess of ten metres. Additional sound reduction is attainable by introducing an insulation within the partitioning void. Plasterboard joints can be either taped and jointed ready to receive a wall vinyl or emulsion, or alternatively aluminium clamp and cover can be fitted to vertical joints and powder coated to match corporate colours, skirting can be plastic, timber or concealed fix aluminium.
Windows and doors can be incorporated into the partitioning, aluminium sections for these are governed to the narrower width walls, but again can be powder coated, available in single or double glazed and integral venetian blinds if required. Door veneers, vision apertures and furniture are to any specification.
